Your institution already has a profile
Every ministry, provincial administration, local authority and statutory body on the register has a public profile showing the projects, procurement and contract awards recorded against it, with how complete that reporting is.
Reporting through the workspace
Records are created and maintained in the government workspace, where every change is attributed and audited. Publication is a separate, deliberate step: nothing reaches the public register because it was typed.
Standards and interoperability
Contracting records follow the Open Contracting Data Standard and project records the OC4IDS structure, so what an institution publishes here is readable by the systems that already consume those standards.
