Identity fields

zepra_id	string	The permanent ZEPRA project identifier, issued once and never reused. Format ZEP-YYYY-NNNNNN.
oc4ids_id	string	OC4IDS-aligned project identifier for exchange with other infrastructure data publishers.
ocid	string	The Open Contracting identifier of a procurement process, retained exactly as the source published it.
title	string	The project title as recorded by the responsible institution.
url	url	The canonical ZEPRA address of this record.

Responsibility

responsible_institution	string	The institution accountable for the project.
implementing_agency	string	The body carrying out delivery where it differs from the responsible institution.
procuring_entity	string	The entity running a procurement process.

Classification

Classification fields

sector	string	Top-level sector classification.
subsector	string	Second-level classification within the sector.
method	string	Procurement method, from ZEPRA's controlled vocabulary.
category	string	Works, goods, consulting services, non-consulting services or mixed.

Location

Location fields

Field	Type	Definition
province	string	Province recorded against the record.
district	string	District recorded against the record.
constituency	string	Constituency where the source published one.
location_precision	enum	How precisely the location is known: exact_point, area_district, area_province, corridor, national or unknown.
latitude	decimal	Populated only where the responsible institution published site coordinates. Empty where only an administrative area is known — ZEPRA does not substitute a centroid for a project site.
longitude	decimal	As above.

Status

Status fields

Field	Type	Definition
delivery_stage	enum	Concept, appraisal, approved, procurement, mobilisation, in_progress, on_hold, substantially_complete, completed or cancelled.
procurement_stage	enum	Planned, published, open_for_submissions, evaluation, awarded, contract_signed, cancelled or closed.
project_status	enum	Pipeline, active, on_hold, completed or cancelled.
attention_status	enum	A management assessment: on_track, attention_required, delayed, critical or not_assessed. "not_assessed" means no assessment has been made and is not equivalent to "on_track".

Finance

Finance fields

Field	Type	Definition
currency	string	ISO 4217 code of the amounts on the record.
original_budget	decimal	The budget first approved.
current_budget	decimal	The budget currently approved, after any recorded revision.
contracted_value	decimal	The total value placed under contract.
reported_expenditure	decimal	Expenditure as reported by the institution, with the date it was reported as at.
award_amount	decimal	The value of a contract at award.

Delivery

Delivery fields

Field	Type	Definition
physical_completion_percentage	decimal	Physical progress as reported by the responsible institution. Never derived from expenditure.
physical_completion_as_at	date	The date the reported completion figure describes.
financial_completion_percentage	decimal	Reported expenditure as a share of the current budget. A financial measure only; it says nothing about work done.
planned_start_date	date	Originally planned start.
actual_start_date	date	Actual start where reported.
planned_completion_date	date	Originally planned completion. Retained even after revision.
revised_completion_date	date	A formally revised completion date.
actual_completion_date	date	Actual completion where reported.

Provenance

Provenance fields

Field	Type	Definition
source_organisation	string	The institution that published the record.
source_system	string	The system it was published through.
source_licence	string	The terms the source record is available under.
verification_status	enum	source_verified, institution_submitted, zepra_reviewed, imported_automatically, awaiting_verification, incomplete_record or source_unavailable. Successful retrieval by a connector is "imported_automatically", never "verified".
data_origin	enum	demonstration, official_source, institution_submission or manual_entry.
is_demonstration	yes/no	Illustrative records are marked yes. They are not government records and must not be reported as such.
data_completeness_score	decimal	Share of the expected fields this record actually carries, 0–100.
last_source_update	datetime	When the source last changed the record, where the source reports it.
last_zepra_verification	datetime	When a person at ZEPRA last checked the record against its source.
