For project owners
Publish your project on Zambia’s national register
How a project comes to be on the register, what it must carry, and who keeps it current once it is there.
What a published record carries
A project record holds its title and purpose, the institution responsible, its location, its delivery stage, its approved value where one has been published, and the procurement and contract awards attached to it. Each of those is shown with the source it came from.
Keeping a record current
A record is only as good as its last update. Reporting institutions maintain their own projects in the government workspace; where a record has not been updated for some time, the register says so on the record itself rather than presenting stale information as current.
Correcting something
If a published record is wrong, ask for a correction. Corrections are taken up with the institution that published the record, and the change history on each record shows what changed and when.
