Start with the forward pipeline
Projects appear on the register before they reach the market. The forward pipeline carries what has been planned, appraised or approved but not yet tendered, with the sponsoring institution, the sector and the expected procurement window where those have been published.
See where the money is already committed
The active and completed registers show what institutions are delivering now and what they have handed over. Read together they give the shape of a sector: who builds in it, at what scale, and how much of it reaches completion.
Check the source before you rely on it
Every record names the institution that published it and the document it came from, and the whole register is downloadable as CSV and JSON. Nothing here is an offer, a prospectus or investment advice.
