To develop and implement a digital Stores and Job Scheduling Management Information System that enhances workflow efficiency, stock monitoring, and customer service. Position before the project: Manual systems used for job tracking, inventory control and scheduling. Information is processed and transmitted manually, contributing to delays, stockouts and audit queries. Position the project is intended to reach: A fully functional and integrated digital management information system in place, enabling automated tracking, real-time job status updates, inventory monitoring, and improved responsiveness to client demands.
